Tenement Museum Annual Benefit

Museum Commissioned Centerpiece Design

Task: Create a series of contemporary art centerpieces on the theme of local food in Chinatown for the Tenement Museum.

Concept: “Grand Street Dried Food Terrarium”
Four different series, each an addition of five, for a total of twenty centerpieces. Plexiglas containers are filled with a variety of dried foods, typical of what is available on Grand Street in Chinatown, New York City.
