Supima is America’s luxury cotton. Founded in 1954, the Supima brand designates an elite variety of Pima cotton grown only in California and the southwestern U.S. is prized the world over by designers and retailers who value its luster, strength, and superior softness. The annual Supima Design Competition was created to give runway exposure to emerging talent and was modeled after the legendary 1954 Wool Secretariat competition that launched the careers of the then-teenaged Yves St. Laurent and Karl Lagerfeld. 5K Resolution Motion Graphics Design Paul Clay - 5K Resolution Motion Graphics Design for newly created Video Walls for the New York and London Flagship Stores. Part of #WeAreNYC. The project involved using motion graphics video editing and image processing and organizing software to create 8 individual videos that when played back create a single virtual canvas. The project was designed in vertical format 5K resolution. DKNY hired Perception AV to do the two Video Walls. Paul Clay was brought in by, and worked directly for, Perception AV. Forgetful Snow – Dance

Lighting Design Choreographer Melinda Ring's "Forgetful Snow" at The Kitchen, New York City. A triptych composed of two durational performances and an evening-length dance, Forgetful Snow investigates the transcendent possibilities of body and mind. By day, performers in the installations labor at searching for landscapes, retrieving lost moments of time and archiving the accumulating results. These simple tasks involving the body, video, and language are quietly focused and mysterious. In the evening, the dance is performed without clothing and accompaniment to strip it of layered-on meaning and emotion. Presented instead is an intimate and formally complex choreography with elusive performative demands and textures. Ring’s main collaborators for this project are performers Talya Epstein, Maggie Jones, and Molly Lieber. Additional performers include Lorene Bouboushian, Luke George, and Federico Hewson.
